Designed to work closely with the Records Management Officer by reviewing the performance of the program and propose changes & improvements.
The board consists of:
Louise S. Glasso, City Clerk/Records Management Officer, Common Council President John Mazzaferro, Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerard Feeney, the City Treasurer, Ann Swanson representing the Rome Historical Society, and Keith Butters a resident of Rome.
The board meets in January, May and September of each year.
